Samsun Glyde Mobile Phone Review

The Samsung Glyde, also called SCH-u940, is another mobile phone that can make its maker proud.  Many mobile phone reviews on the Glyde would indeed convince consumers to buy.  First good thing about this slender handset is its price.  It is only $129.99.  Its service provider in the U.S. is Verizon.

Although some of its features are comparable to the iPhone, it does not look like an iPhone at all.   It has a 2.8 inch touch screen as compared to iPhone's 3.1 inch screen.  It is longer in shape and its dimension is 4.1" x 2.0" x .7".  It has a QWERTY keyboard that slides out.  It does basic texting, talking and web browsing.  The Glyde's home screen keys allows for quick access to the main menu, dial pad, messaging and contacts.  Its shortcut screen could be customized.  It also allows for animated wallpapers that react to touch and is fun to use.  The buttons for the touch screen keyboard is big enough for the fingers.

The Samsung Glyde has speakers and is a good voice phone.  It has a 2 megapixel camera.  Its video and music features come through the Verizon V Cast players.  It can accommodate a memory card of up to 8 gigabytes.  The Glyde also has a GPS Navigator than can give driving directions.  It also syncs well with PCs and can serve as modem for Mac or PC with the use of the USB cable included in the package.

All these features are in one phone at a reasonable price, what more can you ask for?  However, to learn more about this great mobile phone, you may browse for cellphone reviews online and find out if this is indeed the phone you desire.
